ELIESS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases made through this store are made directly with ELIESS. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and ELIESS, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the purchase of products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchase or transaction with ELIESS.
